REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

You must contact us within 30 days of your purchase at support@oceansideshades.com to arrange for a refund or exchange. You need to get an RMA# and the correct return address from us to be eligible. If you have not contacted us within 30 days from the date of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging. You must pay the return shipping when returning or exchanging your item(s) and your refund will be applied to your original form of payment within 7 days of receipt.
