Refunds (if applicable)
Our Refund Policy offers a 100% money back guarantee within 30 days of purchase date, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order on Non-Special Sale items. Send us an email at support@oceansideshades.com and we will be happy to provide the return address. Once your return is received and inspected for damage, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 of days of receipt.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 30 days, please double check your account again.
Then contact your credit card company or the original method of payment contact, as it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted.

Special Sale Items (if applicable)
Most items may be refunded, unfortunately Special Sale items such Holiday Sales and Clearance Sales cannot be refunded, however you may receive a credit for the amount of your original purchase upon the receipt of your return within 30 days of your original purchase. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace/exchange items for the same item if they are defective from manufacturing or damaged from shipping within 30 days of purchase. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at support@oceansideshades.com and we will be happy to provide the return address.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate code will be emailed to you for the value. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver within 30 days of purchase and they will find out about your return.
